Our Why

Built in Megan's memory. Designed for measurable community impact.

Megan Murphy was strong, funny, fiercely loving, and deeply devoted to her children. After years of grief, instability, and trying to rebuild, Megan needed practical support that met her where she was and helped her take the next step.

Megan's After Party honors her life by building a support pathway for women who are trying to stabilize their lives, care for their children, prepare for employment, and rebuild with dignity.

Our mission is to help women experiencing crisis, transition, or workforce disruption gain practical skills, supportive connections, and access to resources that lead to long-term stability.

Megan's story is the reason we began. Workforce readiness, digital skills, and stabilization support are the way we create lasting change.

Community Need

Women in crisis often need more than encouragement. They need a practical path back to stability.

Women rebuilding after trauma, addiction, family crisis, housing instability, or job loss often face multiple barriers at once. Employment readiness, childcare, transportation, digital literacy, mental health referrals, and trusted support must work together for real progress to happen.

The gap we address

Many women are motivated to work and rebuild but lack current job-search tools, digital confidence, professional coaching, and reliable guidance through available community resources.

Our response

We combine workforce training, technology skills, mentorship, and referral navigation so participants are not handed a list and left alone. We walk with them through each next step.

Programs

Clear programs funders can understand, measure, and support.

Each program is designed to remove practical barriers, build employment readiness, and increase long-term stability for women and mothers in transition.

Her story is personal. The mission is public.

Megan's life reminds us that women do not need shame when they are struggling. They need practical help, trusted support, and a path forward that respects their dignity.

This foundation exists so women and mothers in crisis can access support earlier, rebuild more safely, and move toward stability with people beside them.

We are building what Megan needed so another woman has somewhere to turn before the crisis becomes irreversible.
